Non-smoking house, Pets ok (on approval), Renters pay utilities, Pet deposit (refundable), renters take care of yard, Background and credit check, washer and dryer hook-ups, 1 month security deposit, fire places, high ceiling,nice carpet, custom dog-run, pond in backyard, tons of upgrades and remodeled...granite ect, refrigerator, huge walk in pantry, fenced yard, and really nice neighbors. $40 application fee per person. Pet deposit required. I use Remax Professionals help to run a credit report and background and they will handle the applications and lease.
