2 story home. Originally with 2 bedrooms downstairs, living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, 1 full handicapped accessible bathroom. Neighborhood Description very rurual, sidewalks, very friend small town, yet very close in to Chattanooga 8 miles. 2 small restaurants, 1 small grocery store, 2 gas stations, a couple of small car repair shops, within 4 miles directly behind my property is Sanford Farm and Garden Store, a pond. There are lots of small businesses popping up. It is a very rural and friendly area and great place to live. I lived in this area back in the mid 80's and was elated when I found a home down here later in life when I was responsible enough to be working and able to become a homeowner.... Anyone would love this community.
