Renter pays all utilities ( Electric is Duke Energy Progress) Water ( North Lenoir Water Corporation) Internet ( Spectrum) Yard must be kept maintained if we see it's not and we have to send someone it will be added to you next Rent payment by no questions asked. We don't want to see no garbage bags sitting outside. Absolutely no smoking inside our rentals. You must put up a fence for your pets to be able to go out to use the bathroom and run around they may not be out without a leash or inside their fenced in play area. You must show proof of up dated rabbi vaccinations You must get and maintain renters insurance and show proof of said insurance. Absolutely no drug use. To move in we will require Security Deposit $1200 First and Last months rent, pet deposits if applicable Rent is due on the 1st on every month. Rent is late if not paid by the 5th of every month. Starting the 6th of every month if we don't have you rent in full there will be a $25 per day late fee mounting up until it is paid in full. If it is not paid in full with said late fees by the last day of said month we better see a U-Haul being loaded because the very next business day we will be filing eviction papers. We are good people however we have been taken for fools to many times already. We are a close community and we all help each other.
