A $400.00 deep cleaning fee will be charged. -Please be considerate: no pets on the furniture. Pet fee $250.00 -Please use coasters/hot pads/placemats/table pad & table cloth, especially w hot items on the Ethan Allen wood dining table to avoid paying for damages. -Please do not put hot baking dishes on top of the electric glass stove top, use the special cleaning items provided and please refer to the home manual. -Town quiet times: 10 pm -10 am. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. -No unregistered guests overnight. -Laundry: Please use Stain Remover/OxyClean Max provided before you wash white towels/white bedding.
