This is a no-smoking / vaping property. Parking is in the property driveway or garage, shared with other occupant. There is visitor parking as needed for visitors. When using the pool area, please only use plastic or non-breakable containers/cups. Please be respectful of the neighbors in the community. It is your responsibility to keep the property in good working order as it pertains to cleaning and upkeep and furnishings. Should you wish to employ a cleaner occasionally I am able to facilitate a reliable resource. Initial lease term of 6 months with possibility to renew.
