We also have 2 dogs and 2 cats that can run around from time to time. - All utilities except internet, cable, or garbage included. -No smoking allowed. -One cat or one small dog (up to 25lbs) allowed. Refundable pet deposit of $240 required with $20 per month. pet fee. -Apartment available with couch, bed, end tables and dresser for an extra fee per month. - Multiple month lease preferred - Tenant responsible for snow removal, Landlord responsible for lawn care.
