The apartment is a great condition, I'm moving out of state so looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a sublet done through the property leasing office, you just need a $50 application fee to move in. The lease is for 4 and half months only starting on 1/26/2018 ending on 6/20/2018. January will be paid so you will have almost one free week, I have also paid $944 in a deposit that will I will pass to the next tenant, so no need for you to pay the deposit and it's yours when you move out. There should be no admin fee, if there is I will pay it for you.
