We are located 1.5 miles from the airport, 5 minutes to down town, there are 3 hospitals within 5 miles, and an air force base with 8 miles. The landlords, Paul and Karen live onsite in the larger unit. Tenant will have their own dedicated parking space in the driveway and we will provide all snow removal. Utilities included. Internet is not included. Owner pays for utilities less internet. There is no smoking or drug use on property. We live in the same building so noise levels are expected to be manageable. Small dogs are permitted with a $1500.00 non-refundable deposit required. Tenant is expected to keep unit clean and maintain properly. Cleaning at the end of the lease is expected, or there will be a fee to clean the unit. We prefer a 12 month lease with rent paid monthly.
