The house has beautiful original windows, wood flooring, and moulding, comfortable, solid wood furniture and plenty of heat and hot water. The outbuilding/garage is great for gear storage. One small/med dog allowed that's not a heavy shedder. Property comes furnished. If there are items of furniture not-desired/needed we can consider removing them, but in general most of the furniture will stay. No smoking. Renter pays for electric, gas, and internet, and owner pays town utilities (water and trash). Owners will be returning to reside in the property in July 2023, so this is a one-year-only lease. One small/med dog that's not a heavy shedder with $400 pet fee. Yard maintenance negotiable. If renters prefer owners to handle yard maintenance, we will arrange it and pass along costs.
