This is a really cute rural property. The home is modest, but has been well maintained. There are now only two bedrooms as the smaller bedroom in back was divided and now there's a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and an office near the back door. There is a really large carport with an additional metal carport in back for owner's boat. The owner recently removed the carpets in the bedrooms and discovered there are nice wood floors in both bedrooms. Inside utility and a great wood stove for heating the home. Also two ceiling fans to move the heat around. There is backup heating with electric baseboards. Excellent well (per owner), septic has been pumped in last three years, lots of big trees (timber) on property plus one really good apple tree. Rural area but close to town. Wood stove stays but owner is keeping the wood in the shed. Be Aware of Large Dog!!!
