Fantastic lot on Cranberry Pond! Boat lovers delight! This house was bought with next to no updates that had been done. It has since been Totally re-done. It is virtually a brand new home on the water. The last photo above is what it looked like before I renovated it. Truly million dollar views- different every day, every night. Wildlife is exquisite- swans, ducks, geese, heron and even a snowy owl. One of the best fishing ponds in the Braddock Bay wildlife preserve. This is/was my dream home and I am going to miss it tremendously when I have to move down south. Neighborhood Description this is an "up and coming" neighborhood- some small homes (especially across the street, not on the water) but there are expensive, larger homes built around the water that are replacing them. The people are very kind and friendly.
