OPEN HOUSE, Tuesday May 11th from 6:00pm - 6:30pm. Feel free to just show up, no registration needed. There are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Please bring Paystubs and Photo ID for all adults to the open house. We accept all forms of subsidy. A security deposit of $980 and first month's rent are required upon move in. Owner pays for Water, Lawn Mowing, Sewer, and Trash. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, and phone number for landlord reference. If we are interested in your application, we will set up a private showing with you.
