    RENTING ISN'T SETTLING. Or at least it shouldn't be. But if you've been looking at the rental listings, getting what you deserve might seem impossible. I could bore you with details like the fact that this home has walnut floors, rain showers, quartz counters, or that s it's on one of the quietest streets in Lantern Village (but I won't). But I really think the pictures describe this house. Rather, I think it's important for you to know what living in this house is like. It's awesome. And not awesome like no-wait-at-In-N-Out more like weekend-get-away-at-the-Ritz-Carlton awesome. Tons of decks with expansive city views and completely remodeled. People told me I d never need A/C living so close to the beach. I opted not to listen and glad that I did (global warming is real). I remodeled this home with no intention of ever leaving. It's my dream house. But changing properties mean it's time for me to move and you enjoy a slice of Dana Point heaven.
