The Fowler House offers a tranquil stay for you and your guests! Located 25 minutes from downtown, you get seclusion as well as the San Diego Charm. Come stay with us and relax, explore, or both! Great for families, sleeps 14 comfortably! 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a bonus den room that is set up for children with full over a twin bunk bed, and another sofa queen bed located in the game den. Technically 3 bedrooms but 5 private areas to sleep! 32-foot above-ground pool that is located in our fun yurt area. The area has 4 lounge chairs and additional seating with a table for all-day fun in the sun! 1 yurt is fully furnished with 2 full beds and can be used as additional sleeping spaces! House has giant front and back patios. The back patio and fenced yard (purrfect for fur babies) have an outside dining table that seats 8 for al fresco dining! The game room is fully equipped with a Nintendo switch, shuffleboard, and tons of board games that will keep all ages entertained! The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen, with tons of space, cooking essentials, and a french stove oven. Coffee and tea bar included in your stay, fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. If there is a special request on amenities please let your host know and we will do our best to fulfill it. Utilities are included in the monthly cost. Pets are welcomed with a $50 deposit per pet. Limit 2 unless discussed otherwise. Please do not park in the DG areas in both the front and back yard. Parking is permitted in the carport or in front/on the side of the garage! This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted outside with windows closed. Please dispose of your waste properly. If we find cigarette butts on the ground there will be an additional $250 cleanup fee. This space is located in a more rural part of San Diego. There is potential for wildlife to be present (ie: coyotes, snakes, birds, etc.) PLEASE be vigilant, do not leave children or pets unattended. Please make sure to keep doors closed at all times to ensure no critters come into the residence.
