The room in question is in the lower half, where there are two other bedrooms, a living room and dining area, and nice big kitchen, a washer/dryer and a full bathroom. There's also a great, huge deck in the large backward, great for parties and BBQs when the weather is nice. The available room is a decent size and I've lived very comfortably in it for the past 6 months. The room is perfect for someone who is attending UMD, or someone working in DC but not looking to live in the city.The kitchen has a large fridge, there are plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, as well as cups and silverware. There is also a washer and dryer.ROOMATES: Two very awesome gentlemen live upstairs! They are both very kind, fun, accommodating and respectful. Two lovely ladies live on the lower levels. One is a UMD student, the other and the two guys are out of school and working. They are all totally respectful of privacy -- so whether you are a guy or a girl you will feel comfortable. All of us housemates get along well, which says a lot about everyone's friendliness and easy going nature.THE NEIGHBORHOOD: It's a quiet, residential area. Buses run regularly to PG Plaza for all your grocery store, shopping, and metro accessibility needs. There is also a driveway and plenty of street parking if you plan on having a car. It's a lovely place to live.Rent: $575 due at the first of each monthDeposit: $575 to be paid up frontUtilities: It'll run you another $60-$90 per month, so rent in full hovers around $660.
