Shared spaces include large living room, dining room with piano, medium sized shared kitchen, one bathroom, fire pit in back yard, spacious porch, a gardening area, and a garage with couches that is mostly used for storage. Our preferences for a roommate are around our ages, we're 31 and 36. No pets. Progressive values. Lgbtq friendly. Reasonably clean and quiet and willing to help contribute to household tasks.
