The home includes 2 queen sized beds with linens and bedding. Towels in the bathroom and all appliances, dishes, pots and pans needed are in the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV in the living room, sofa, love seat, coffee table and several plants. The home is walking distance to grocery, 'first-care' type clinic, health club, yoga studio, restaurants, theater, several parks, and bike trail system. In the summertime, the Spenard Farmer s Market is also close by. Go south to the airport or north to downtown in less than 10 minutes drive. Two key bus lines nearby also go to each of these places and to the u-med district. Rent is $1,500 and includes natural gas, electricity, water, sewer, garbage and recycling. $1000 deposit requested at signing of lease. A lease until May 31 would be ideal with renewal possible. There is a detached studio storage space at the back of the yard, with its own entrance that I periodically need to use. Renter will always know when to expect me, as I value your space and privacy.
