The house was built in 1954 and has original electrical wiring (can't run two high powered electrical items at once without triggering the breaker). Had electrical box changed from fuses to switches in 2004. Window air conditioners and a gas vent-less heater in the front room. The roof is leaking. Foundation damage on the Northside under garage. There are cracks over doors and windows. House has mold damage in all rooms and closets. Floors creak and in some places uneven. No carpeting, just wood floors.
