Less than 4 miles from the start of The Rock Island Trail, a 26-mile walking/jogging/biking trail in the west-central region of Illinois that passes through portions of Peoria and Stark counties *$680 rent, plus $680 deposit *Water, garbage, electric, gas--all included in rent. *Kitchen has refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. Rent is $680 whether the quarters are used or not. We do not lower rent to $650 if the tenant does not want quarters.
