We have a sweet golden retriever named Charlie who loves you already. Our neighbors are very nice, and our house is in a beautiful neighborhood with many trees and old houses near I-84, the library, Grant Park, and many stores and restaurants. We are looking for someone who communicates well, who is financially responsible, and who will help keep the house clean. If you would like to share meals with us from time to time, that would be a nice bonus. The monthly rent is $743.63 (includes monthly garbage fee) plus 1/3 of the other utilities (gas, electric, water, and Internet). We will need first and last month's rent plus a security deposit of $333.33 for a 1-year lease, subject to landlord approval. Sorry, but no smoking or additional pets.
