The kitchen, sitting on the front porch, the comfort and elegance of the first floor. The patio and pool are so much fun and everyone who comes over has the best time. If I had remained in Houston I would build a barrel sauna out back to better enjoy the pool in the winter. The house will sell itself. I already miss living there. Two great coffee shops and two world-class sushi joints within 5 min walking distance. The neighbors are great, especially the magazine next door. I will recommend highly to the buyer the pool and landscaping people who continue to maintain the property. I have moved-out so the pictures are now outdated in that regard only.
