The apartment has only 1 BATHROOM so we will be sharing the bathroom. We will also share UTILITIES which is around $100 monthly or $50 per person. Street PARKING is available. You can also park in the complex in front of the apartment but you will have to be added to the lease to get a parking pass. No pets (Allergies). No smoking.
