Washer and dryer are up stairs, conveniently near the the bedrooms. Kitchen and living room on the ground floor are furnished and shared. There is additional shared storge in the garage, and a nice garden. Must pitch in on yard maintenance (tools already on site), as well as other basic house hold chores. $100 monthly charge includes all basic utilities (water, sewer, power, gas, Wi-Fi, garbage, HOA). Move in costs are first and last months rent plus $1000 security deposit. Looking for minimum 6 month lease. House mates are pretty easy to get along with and usually keep to themselves, sometimes socializing in the kitchen. New back ground check/credit check, and proof of income at least 3x rent.
