You'll also be provided with a garage clicker for easy access to the garage. All codes are randomly generated, securely stored, and deleted after every check-out to ensure your safety. Other things to note We are thrilled to host your stay! If there's anything we can do to enhance your experience, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star stay. For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with 3 exterior security cameras, and a Ring doorbell. These devices are located outside and monitor only the exterior of the property there are no cameras inside the home. Vendors may be on-site during your stay for routine property maintenance. Additional House Rules: No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property inside or outside. Dana Point is a smoke-free community, so this includes patios, backyards, and all outdoor spaces. A $2,500 fee will be charged for any violation, along with any additional fines imposed by the City of Dana Point. Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book. Pet Policy We allow one hypoallergenic dog under 25 lbs with prior approval. To request approval, please provide the following: A photo of your dog Confirmation that they are hypoallergenic Their weight (must be under 25 lbs) * If approved, a $250 additional cleaning fee will apply. Please note: Pets are not allowed on any furniture (including beds, couches, and chairs). Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if this rule is not followed. No Cats Allowed: Unfortunately, due to severe family allergies, we are unable to accommodate cats. Thank you so much for your understanding! Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Bi-Weekly Cleaning Requirement: Bi-weekly professional cleaning is required and will be scheduled at the tenant's expense. The rate is $130 per cleaning without a pet, or $180 per cleaning with a pet. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request and will also be covered by the tenant. Furniture & Wall Policy: Please DO NOT move furniture, and nothing should be taped or hung on the walls. Any personal items or furniture brought onto the property must be removed before checkout. A $250 fee will apply if these conditions are not followed. Utilities: If the combined monthly charges for major utilities (gas, electricity, and water) exceed $500, the tenant will be responsible for the overage and will be billed for the remaining balance. Internet: Verizon OTA internet is provided for tenant use. If higher upload/download speeds are needed for work, streaming, or gaming, internet upgrades through Cox are available at the tenant's expense. The property is equipped with a Cox connection, and month-to-month plans are offered by the provider.
