You must bring your own face coverings to be worn at all times during the tour home except to be briefly removed so we can verify your id from 6' away. We will provide hand sanitizer that must be used by each visitor before and after each tour. 4. Please wait by a designated cone outside prior to your tour and avoid coming within 6' of any other party at any time. Security Deposit=$2300. Full security deposit due at lease signing. We will initially only consider applicants who can move in around 6/19 and require that all prospective tenants view the property prior to application. Tenant responsible for all utilities (Electric, Gas, Cable, Internet, Water/Sewer and Garbage) and shall be required to start utility billing at start of lease for all utilities except for garbage.
