The new tenant will continue to receive my monthly discount of $15 (new renters would have the rate of $885 per month - you receive a discount for being a long-term resident!). IU students and faculty members receive an additional $25 monthly discount. I currently have a detached garage, which is an additional $60 per month, but the new tenant can forfeit the garage if they'd like. There is ample parking as well as carports.
