The unit comes completely furnished with beautiful reclining couch and chair, a large screen TV, a well appointed kitchen, and full size washer and dryer. One bedroom has a king bed, the other has 2 queens. All linens are provided. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are also provided. The $5,000 rent shown for this Snowbird's paradise is only approximate. The rate varies, depending on the time of year. Lease terms vary at different times of the year: Unit is available for a minimum period of 3 months (maximum of 4 months), anytime between November 1 and February 28, at $5,600 per month. OR, unit can be available for a minimum of 3 months (maximum of 10 months), anytime between May 1 and February 28. A 3 to 5 month lease spanning anytime between May 1through September 30 rents at $3,500 per month. A 3 to 5 month lease spanning anytime from October 1 through February 28 rents at $5,400 per month. The monthly divisions are set by the rules of the Condo Association, and Owner's time of occupancy. Tenant is allowed one parking space, and it is a covered space. Water and internet are provided. Tenant will be required to reimburse Landlord for electric cost during tenancy (bills from electric company will be shown to Tenant upon request). Absolutely no animals are allowed in the unit. So sorry, but, due to owner family's allergies, not even service animals are permitted in the unit.
