This home features an open floor plan, alder cabinets, granite counter tops, walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Tiled floor entry and split floor plan, with the Master bedroom on one end and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side. Master bedroom has walk in closet and door out to the covered patio. The other side of home has two bedrooms with a full bathroom and laundry room, with plenty of cabinets and its own door to the covered patio. Backyard has a covered patio with a ceiling fan and nicely landscaped lawn and seating area to soak in the sun and/or garden. A shed on the side of the home is perfect for storage items. The rooms: Bedrooms are not furnished. You can take over the master bedroom with private bathroom or potentially share a bathroom with another roommate if you decide to go for one of the smaller guest rooms. Occasionally I invite friends over from Sacramento, but I will be away more often visiting friends and family than actually having visitors over. You: I'm looking for someone with a stable job that can pay rent on time. Someone that is good natured, responsible, clean, conscientious, friendly, easy-going, health oriented, respectful and fairly quiet (at least late at night when I am trying to sleep or not too loud during the day while I am trying to work).
