Stainless steel range, microwave and refrigerator, granite tile counter-tops, and wood laminate flooring are just a few of the recent upgrades we've made. Unit also includes private fenced backyard area. Unfortunately, we do not have onsite laundry or washer and dryer hookups. The unit also does not have a dish washing machine. Successful applicants must meet the following criteria: 1) Gross Monthly household income must be 2.5x the rent amount 2) FICO credit score must be greater than 600 3) Good rental references 4) Clear criminal background No exceptions to the screening criteria are made. Security deposit of $1195 and first month's rent of $1195 ($2390 total) are required to move in. Cats and Dogs under 40 lbs considered with additional deposit & Pet Rent of $25 per pet per month with a limit of two pets. Water/sewer/garbage are included in the rent. Electricity is paid separately by the tenant. Each unit has two assigned parking spots. All applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: 1) FICO credit score of 625 or better 2) No evictions in the last 5 years 3) No disqualifying criminal background 4) Positive Rental history and references 5) Total gross household income 2.5x the rent amount A completed application is required for everyone over the age of 18 that would live on the property
