Outside is a private and peaceful fenced yard, terraced with boulders and finished with seating, a hot tub, gas grill, and cozy hammock! The space You will love this two-bedroom, one-bath Santa Fe style historic cottage! Built in 1941 and completely renovated in 2015, this historic Prescott home is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes and boasts original hardwood floors, coved ceilings, niches, and archways. The home comes fully furnished and nicely appointed with anything you would need for a comfortable stay. Located just 1/2 mile (~8 min. walk) to the city's entertainment district, you will be able to enjoy all the restaurants, museums, art galleries, bars and entertainment Prescott's celebrated Whiskey Row has to offer. Guest access You will check yourself in using a key lockbox and will have access to the entire property (with the exception of the garage and small storage closets we use for supplies). You will be provided access to the garage in order to access bins for the disposal of rubbish and recyclables. The space is very private with a fenced back yard.
