The well-stocked kitchen is large, has been updated with granite countertops, and with its island is a perfect hang-out spot. The house is full of natural light and unmistakeable good vibes. It's a very happy home. If you need storage space, there's a ton of it here. The massive basement is yours to use during your time in the home. Additionally, the back yard tool shed is available for bikes, tools, and other items you might not want to store indoors. This is a detached home, and all living areas are private, not shared. You will have your own front door entrance/small porch, as well as a private side entry through the sunroom. This home is adjacent to a guest cottage on the same property, which is an active short-term rental. The main house and the guest cottage share use of all outdoor spaces (driveway, front and back yards, and the brick courtyard area).
