Appliances include a 36 inch stove/oven, counter depth full refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. This energy efficient home has central A/C and heat. Utilities included in rent.
Free street parking is available. The 210 freeway is within a mile of this property and opens you up to easy travel within the Los Angeles basin and San Gabriel Valley. Surface street driving is often a smart option in the Los Angeles area depending on your travel location to mitigate traffic. We can offer tips on best local travel routes.
