We have a very nice small 1 bedroom cottage with front porch facing the water. Beautiful views, private road and quiet location make this a great place for someone wanting to get away from it all. This unit is small however, it is ideal for one person, or maybe 2. Room for 2 cars or 2 small trucks. If getting to work during a storm is important, we recommend a four wheel drive vehicle. The private road and the driveway are usually plowed after the storm. Tenants are responsible for clearing snow from their own parking spots, stairs and walkways. The monthly rent $895.00 includes the heat, electricity and hot water. $1345.50 security deposit and 1 year lease are required. If you are sure you would like the place, and your references look good, then we will do a background check. Background check is $35.00 per person in advance. If all goes well, the background check charge/charges will be deducted from your first month's rent. Don't let previous credit problems scare you away. We are more concerned with criminal records and evictions. Proof of steady income from employment or other sources is a must. Pet negotiable.
