Renter is responsible for Electric, gas, renters, insurance, (evidence of insurance due at lease signing) and other desired utilities. Renter is also responsible for any undo wear and tear of the appliances, fixtures, walls, and flooring. No pets permitted. The leasee gives 90 days notification of termination of agreement of lease. Failure to communicate termination date of lease will result in forfeit security deposit. This includes rental agreements to college students; rent must be paid every month of the 12 month contract, regardless of presence or absence in the apartment. Squatters: An individual may not reside in the apartment longer than four nights /5 days without notification to the landlord. No alterations can be made to the interior or exterior of the property without the landlords consent and approval. This includes paint colors, flooring and wall fixtures or appliances. Rent can be paid via certified money order, cash or cashiers check. Maintenance can be requested via app given at time of lease signing. This property is not approved for HUD/section 8 housing.
