About 5-10 minutes from the nightlife spots and neighborhoods like Water St and Shrewsbury St. I respond very quickly and am available all the time to show the apartment. There are additional fees at the renter's discretion for pets, off-street parking, use of washer/dryer, a/c rental, etc. Owners pays for water, renter pays for heat (gas) and electricity.
