This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. It is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. No pets and no unauthorized guests are allowed. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely no parties without express authorization. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations.
