The unit contains a office space (6'x8'), eat-in kitchen (12'x12'), roomy bedrooms (12'x11' and 12'x9'), living room with large closet (12'x12'), bathroom with washer/dryer and some onsite storage. The kitchen does not include a dishwasher.
The apartment was recently freshly painted with light grey walls and off-white trim.
There is off-street parking available for one vehicle.
The backyard is grassed and can be used for lounging if you have a table and chairs. If you are a gardener and want to plant vegetables or flowers, the backyard gets lot of sun (faces west).
The front of the house includes a large covered porch that is great for sitting.
No pets are allowed and the building is non-smoking.
Prior to a decision by the landlord, we'll require you to complete an application. The cost is $35 which includes a credit and background check.
We require a 660 or better credit score. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months' rent in advance.
We also require copies of three months of paystubs from your current employer and an Income to Rent ratio of 3:1 and will need references from your last two landlords.
We are paperless and thus you need to have an active email, a way to receive text messages and phone calls, as well have the ability to pay your rent each month, online.
The rent is $1400 for a single occupant, $1,500 for two occupants. The first and last months' rent are due upon signing the lease.
NO PETS are allowed!
Landlord pays for water, sewer and heat. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas (gas stove) and internet service.
Cutting the grass and maintaining the grounds are the responsibility of the landlord, however the building tenants are fully responsible for keeping the common areas clean both inside and outside the building, and in the winter shoveling the driveway, sidewalk and steps to the building.
We do not allow for any satellite dishes on the house for TV service or internet.
