This home was the perfect starter home for our family. We have put much TLC into this home over the past 4 years. We put all new baseboards/crown molding in every room along with hardwood flooring in the hall and living room. All light fixtures have been updated in this home. In 2013 we had new duct work installed. In 2015 we built a 24X36 carport, installed a new hot water heater, added on a back porch and put a new roof on the entire house. This year we installed new vinyl windows, vinyl siding under the porch and eves, along with new gutters and shutters. There is also a 40X40 dog pen with a 12X12 floored dog house.
