You will be responsible for upkeep of the property like mowing the lawn, shoveling the driveway and anything like that that requires routine upkeep. You are also responsible for utilities. There is a washer and dryer hook up but you will need your own washer and dryer if you want to use the hook up. One of the bedrooms does not have a closet and the basement is partially finished. We are having an open house this Sunday, March 8th. From 3:30 to 5:30pm. The property is on just under half an acre and abuts A wooded area owned by state. The heating system is oil and the furnace is efficient being only a year old. We are looking for a quiet tenants for a quiet community.
