Really wonderful location to live in Mount Lebanon. Quick walk to Washington Rd for restaurants, coffee, shopping. Every now and then there'll be a farmers market in the parking lot across the street. They have a halloween parade on Washington Rd. It's just a really nice walkable neighborhood. The building itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Attentive management. Parking is available from Mount Lebanon at the parking lot across the street. $90/month for 24 hour access. $45/month for 4pm to 9am access. There's parking right outside the building on the street but it's metered. Central Heat, but not central AC. Laundry on site. Video available
