To move in we will require Security Deposit $1200 First and Last months rent, pet deposits if applicable Rent is due on the 1st on every month. Rent is late if not paid by the 5th of every month. Starting the 6th of every month if we don't have you rent in full there will be a $25 per day late fee mounting up until it is paid in full. If it is not paid in full with said late fees by the last day of said month we better see a U-Haul being loaded because the very next business day we will be filing eviction papers.
