The Beam House at River Place Lofts is the first phase of a historic redevelopment completed in late 2015. The original structure was part of the Pfister Vogel Tannery complex which was built in 1871.
The oldest collection of buildings to be refurbished in Milwaukee offer not only exposed timbers and Cream City brick - but also spectacular panoramic skyline views. A complete down to the bones renovation allowed us to create imaginative floor plans in each of the four remaining buildings.
