We are located less than 5 minutes to the JBER Boniface gate, around 10-ish minutes to all the major Anchorage hospitals, and around 10-ish minutes to UAA. This property is located in a great safe and quiet neighborhood and is furnished with luxury items. There is a total of 2.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms however this post is for Guest Bedroom A which is furnished with a very comfortable bed, a night stand, and dresser (see pictures for reference). Our two guest bedrooms share one bathroom however we at least have another bathroom (half) downstairs. The other room we have is currently being used as an home office. Additionally, you will be allowed one parking spot on our property (we have a two car garage and two spots out front). Parking includes 1 spot however you must have at least two sets of keys for your vehicle.
