4 bed, 4 bath apartment on second floor. I'm moving and looking to have a female take over my 12 month lease for my one bedroom. Rent is $425 plus electric (average $50/ month). You would have your own bedroom with on suite bathroom. Shared kitchen, living and balcony space with three other female college students. Roommates don't have pets and are very respectful. Lease technically starts August 1st but I am able to move out by July 1st and will pay that months rent. It would then be 12 months from august 1st with option to renew!
