There are restaurants, bars, coffee shop and park close by and it is minutes from downtown and an easy commute to the UofU and 8 mins to the airport (30 seconds from I-15). Additionally, it is a few minutes away from the capital and City Creek trails. About me I am a working professional in healthcare (don't work from home and gone majority of the day). Hoping to live with a roommate I vibe with, would love to be friends if if we connect but also am very independent/respectful.
