So the home is still in mint condition (brand new light bulbs replaced, extra air filters stocked, a service check on the A/C unit, new cordless window blinds, and cleaning and touch up painting throughout). My current tenant has agreed to show the property. There will be an open house on Thursday evening from 5pm until 8pm, and all day on Saturday (8/18/2018) from 9am to 5pm. If you are not available during those times, please contact me and the current tenant can coordinate a walk through with you at a time that is convenient for you both. Low-maintenance, beautiful desert landscaping in front. Two car garage with automatic opener. Good neighbors who have lived in the cluster (mini cul-de-sac) for 17 years. I am pet friendly for house trained animals (no more than three). I require an extra black light inspection of the carpet on move out and a $200 pet deposit. Proof of income with application required. Seeking 3x gross income:rent ratio for all working adults on the application. 1st month and additional $1150 security deposit in advance. Pet deposit (if applicable) is an additional $200 (refundable minus any damages upon vacating). This is a 100% non smoking home.
