Two of the bedrooms face the mountains and we get the pleasure to watch sunrises. Location- We bought this house because of its location. It is situated in a subdivision with parks of all sizes, a YMCA that allows us a free Aquadic membership just for living here, a K-8 Elementary School within walking distance, a demographic of mostly families with children attending school in the area that "watch out for each other". It was just the "village" we needed to raise our children. We have a strip mall at the entrance to our subdivision that we can pick from 4-5 different restaurants, a country store that sells all your conveniences and provides gas and a car wash. So getting a cup of sugar is never a problem! There is a hospital 10 minutes East and another one 18 North. There is a Fry's, Wal-Mart and a Safeway close. We really have everything we need and a great price too. The downside is that we live far away from Phoenix...the good side is that we can see the stars at night and it tends to be 5 degrees cooler since we still have farm land surrounding our area.
