    This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home features wood floors and tile on the lower level and carpet on the upper level. The home has a 3 car garage with a RV Gate and parking pad that could fit 5 cars (if you really wanted to do such a thing). The backyard includes a fenced pool with waterfall, garden, sandbox with play set and large fire pit area. (Yes...we roast marshmellows here when it is not windy). All 6 bedrooms feature walk-in closets. The master bedroom closet is big enough to be a small room by itself at over 100 sq ft. There is a loft upstairs big enough to hold an entertainment center, books, toys and a full size couch and love seat. The family and living room down stairs also have just as much or more space, giving the family three rooms to enjoy sitting on a couch and reading, playing the Wii or watching TV. Two of the bedrooms face the mountains and we get the pleasure to watch sunrises. Location- We bought this house because of its location. It is situated in a subdivision with parks of all sizes, a YMCA that allows us a free Aquadic membership just for living here, a K-8 Elementary School within walking distance, a demographic of mostly families with children attending school in the area that "watch out for each other". It was just the "village" we needed to raise our children. We have a strip mall at the entrance to our subdivision that we can pick from 4-5 different restaurants, a country store that sells all your conveniences and provides gas and a car wash. So getting a cup of sugar is never a problem! There is a hospital 10 minutes East and another one 18 North. There is a Fry's, Wal-Mart and a Safeway close. We really have everything we need and a great price too. The downside is that we live far away from Phoenix...the good side is that we can see the stars at night and it tends to be 5 degrees cooler since we still have farm land surrounding our area.
