House currently rented as of Feb 2017. Thanks to all who contacted us. Great layout making the rather spacious home feel even larger. The stated number of rooms in the listing does not capture the nature of the home very well since it forces you to catagorize rooms in a narrow way. Realistically the house has as many as 5 rooms that would make good bedrooms but 2 are not listed as bedrooms as they lack closets. Both the upstairs and downstairs have 2 large 'living areas', with one fireplace upstairs and one downstairs. All of the bathrooms are great and updated. All three are full bathrooms. The kitchen has a walk in pantry and tons of cabinets and is laid out in in a U shape with the dining room on one side and a counter on the living room side that can be used as a breakfast nook. In addition to these living areas the upstairs has a large mudroom with closet and a garage entry room with laundry area. The garage is large and has storage above the cars. It has an entry into the house that also passes through to the back yard patio. The driveway is similarly large. Both front and back yards are immaculately, newly, landscaped. The front of the house has a small patio with a large lawn surrounded by gorgeous river rocks and plants and a tree. The backyard is massive and is set in a three level design, with a permanently set custom flagstone pathway connecting the side lawn (did I mention the side lawn?) to the huge covered back patio and down to the a large mulched area ready for a garden set below the lawn by a huge handbuilt moss rock wall. The neighborhood is awesome and all the neighbors know each other. Many have lived in this neighborhood for as long as it has been around. There is about an equal mix of young families and seniors - the perfect dynamic for any neighborhood. There really is too much to love about this place.
