Owner will provide credit up to $200 monthly only and only if the rent is in good standing and not past due. Renter will not have access to the basement. Renter must also free up one parking spot on the 4-car-driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Renter must be compliant with local laws and HOA covenants. Renter will be responsible for any fine assessed by the HOA.
