Excessive electricity usage will result in electricity bill if usage exceeds production (average production is 300-500 kwh/month). Optional: Internet (100Mbps fiber optic) to be included for $45/month additional or tenant to set up own internet service. Home must be cleaned and left as found upon moving. Otherwise, cleaning charges will be passed on to tenant and removed from security deposit. Sixty (60) day notice of moving after the initial term is required. If tenant(s) stay beyond lease dates, it is assumed the lease transitions month to month unless notice is provided.
